5. Analytics, advertising, and browser signals
Colorado Day pages that include measurement tags use Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic, page interactions, signups, and campaign performance. These providers may receive device, activity, and identifier information. Depending on applicable law, this activity may be considered targeted advertising or a sale or sharing of personal data even when no money changes hands.
Analytics preference for this browser
The opt-out below prevents Colorado Day pages from loading Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal. Strictly necessary storage and information you intentionally submit through a form are not affected.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in a message. You can also adjust browser cookie and storage controls, use Global Privacy Control, and change the browser-specific preference above.
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling. To make a request, email contact@gumpoppresents.com with the subject “Privacy Request” or call (720) 445-6381. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
If we deny a Colorado privacy request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explaining your request. We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including event operations, communications, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and why it was collected.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children
This is a general-audience event site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without appropriate parental permission. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information should contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
